This is a full-time hybrid role for a Legal & Compliance Associate based in Lagos, offering a mix of on-site work and remote flexibility. The Associate will ensure GSV and its businesses operate on solid legal and regulatory ground — helping build the compliance foundations that support a growing, multi-company portfolio.

What You'll Do

• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across the business

• Support the development and implementation of compliance strategies

• Identify potential risks and help put mitigation measures in place

• Manage day-to-day compliance programs

• Conduct regulatory research across relevant frameworks

• Review legal documents, contracts and agreements

• Support internal and external audits

• Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and external partners

What We're Looking For

• Proficiency in compliance management, regulatory compliance, and legal compliance

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risk

• Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with diverse stakeholders

• Keen attention to detail, and the ability to work well both independently and in a team

• Knowledge of local and international regulatory frameworks (a plus)

• A degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field; legal certification is an advantage
